Good Faith Estimate Statement

Effective January 1, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the "No Surprises Act", which requires practitioners to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" about out-of-network care. Arukah Healthcare Group will provide your fee-for-service information before your first appointment. We work collaboratively with our clients in developing treatment plans and will openly communicate verbally and in writing about ongoing costs of care.
Fees will be discussed during your initial phone consultation and range from $120 to $180 per 55-minute session which include:
-
Individual therapy sessions once a week with a therapist who will personalize your treatment to your specific needs and assist you with reaching your healing goals.
-
Collaborative Treatment Planning every three months to stay on track and keep our attention on what's important to you in your own words.
-
You can choose between in-office or virtual telehealth appointments, so getting to and from the doctor's office, getting sick unexpectedly, and bad weather will not interfere with your treatment progress.
-
Help and Support Calls are available as needed between meetings if you're having trouble coping and need a quick pick-me-up.
*Parents of clients under 18 are welcome to give feedback and make ideas for the focus of treatment, but in the end, it is up to the teen to decide how to use their therapy sessions.
We accept many insurance plans to pay for your therapy services. Co-pays for sessions are required upfront.
We also accept cash, checks, health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA) as payment, and most major credit cards as payment for your copay or out-of-pocket free. We provide statements for you to submit to your HSA or FSA for reimbursement.
Cancelation Policy
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance must be paid for in full. Unfortunately, insurance will not reimburse you for late cancellations or missed appointments.
**If you have a Saturday or Sunday appointment scheduled, you must cancel it by Wednesday at 7 p.m. If you do not cancel it by 7 p.m. on the Wednesday before your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the session.
This policy is in place to ensure that our clients have the best chance of being seen, as there is often a cancellation list for weekend appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
