Licensed in Arizona and pastoral counsellor with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, Carlos specializes in using a multicultural approach in conjunction with EMDR therapy and other therapeutic approaches to assist people with healing from trauma and overcoming issues related to parental attachment, family conflict, parent support, foster/adoption transitions, autism, and neurodiversity.

Carlos offers a holistic approach to therapy and encourages clients to explore cultural and spiritual resources for growth, support, and healing. He invites clients to explore unique and shared cultural values to enrich and enhance life and create hope for future wellness. He is passionate about assisting individuals in overcoming obstacles and finding a purpose and reason to live a fulfilling life. At heart, he enjoys guiding and serving as a resource to others, sharing his observations, enlightening people's minds, and making a positive impact on the world.
Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree in applied human behaviour and a second bachelor’s degree in biblical and pastoral studies. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and is a doctoral student in behavioural health at Arizona State University. He is also a Certified Biblical Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS), Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), trained and practised EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a registered Circle of Security parenting facilitator and a certified parenting leader from Active Parenting Publishers (APP).
Judith Perez has over 14 years of national and international education experience working as a K-12 special education and English as a Second Language Teacher (ESL). She assists as a Therapeutic Consultant, specializing in connecting individuals struggling with mental health and behavioral issues to therapeutic and educational resources.

Judith’s professional journey is a testament to her dedication and passion for helping others.
She began by assisting children, adolescents, and families in navigating the complexities of the treatment and education industry. Drawing from her extensive knowledge and experience in the classroom, evaluating ESLs and all types of learners and their instructional programming, and conducting teachers’ training, she compassionately supports families in accessing the assistance they need.

Judith received her bachelor's degree in Accounting and a second degree in Biblical Studies. She also holds a Master’s in Education from International Baptist College and Seminary. She has since acquired a Standard Professional Elementary Teacher K-8 from the Arizona Department of Education, ACSI Professional Lifetime certification, and Spalding Certificate from Spalding Education International in Reading Foundations. She is also a Certified Neurodiversity Family Coach and ADHD life coach.
