An immigration evaluation is a report that may be utilized to strengthen a person's case during the legal procedure. It may paint a vivid picture of how a person's emotional, spiritual, mental, physical, and financial well-being might be impacted from being separated from their spouse or family. On numerous occasions, a clinical examination has determined the outcome of a legal immigration case. If you are presently going through the legal procedure, a clinical examination may be beneficial to you.  Please check with your attorney to see if they can recommend one before your court date. We evaluate the following cases: hardship waivers, asylum cases, VAWA, U Visa, and T Visa.
